Como Park Yoga & Wellness was founded in 2015 by Meegan Hall. Meegan left a corporate marketing career to become a teacher, and student, of yoga and to create yoga community that was welcoming, down-to-earth, and affordable. Almost two years later, the community is small but strong and we've kept prices low. Classes are small, are never a fashion show (fancy yoga clothes not required), and often include some laughs. Don't worry, we are very serious about yoga and it's benefits to our minds and bodies, we don't take ourselves too seriously.
We offer a variety of classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Mindfulness and Meditation Yoga. In addition, we offer coaching in partnership with Inner Fire Health & Well-Being Coaching.
