Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all styles of yoga.  Classical postures or poses (asans), in combination with the breath, help to develop a balance of flexibility and strength. The focus on breath helps to quite the mind and bring awareness to the present moment.  Appropriate for all levels.  

Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation, inspired by Green Lotus Yoga, explores the dynamic integration of meditation and movement with classical postures or poses (asanas). Appropriate for all levels. 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on connective tissues of the body - the tendons, fascia, and ligaments - with the goal of increasing circulation and improving flexibility.  Yin Yoga is an excellent compliment to other styles of yoga and other active workouts. 

Pricing & Payment

We offer a variety of pricing options including single sessions, multiple class packs, and unlimited options.   Click the current yoga schedule above.  

Due to limited class sizes, pre-registration is encouraged but not required.  Click on "sign up & pay" in the schedule above to register for a class.

  • Regularly scheduled class, single session: $12

  • 5 class pack: $50

  • 10 class pack: $100

  • 20 class pack: $200

  • Unlimited monthly pass: $65

  • New student offer - unlimited monthly pass: $25

Payment policy: We accept cash for in-studio payments or Visa, Mastercard, American Express and discover for online and in-studio payments.  All class and package purchases are non-refundable. 

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a reservation, please try to do so at least 12 hours prior to class start time.
